Version 1.1
Effective Date: July 2026
This policy governs purchases, subscriptions, memberships, and digital services provided through DayStalkers, the Bigfoot Atlas, Project Cryptanthropus, and related research platforms.
Please review this policy before purchasing any digital product or subscription.
DayStalkers provides digital research tools, historical databases, interactive mapping, analytical systems, documentation, newsletters, subscription services, and related online resources.
Access to digital services may be granted immediately after successful payment, account verification, or administrative approval.
Because digital access is generally delivered immediately, the purchased service is considered substantially fulfilled once access has been provided.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, digital memberships, subscriptions, downloadable products, and access-based services are non-refundable.
Refund requests resulting from billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions will be reviewed individually after verification.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will generally be returned using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Subscription services may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Subscribers are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue service.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund subscription periods that have already begun.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, subscribers retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced another billing problem, please contact DayStalkers before initiating a payment dispute whenever possible.
Many billing issues can be resolved quickly without involving a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of Atlas access.
Legitimate payment disputes will be investigated fairly, and supporting documentation may be requested during the review process.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, fraudulent activity, manipulation of Atlas data, abuse of the Services, or other misuse.
Refunds are generally not provided for accounts suspended or terminated because of policy violations.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Those providers are responsible for payment processing, transaction security, and storage of payment-card information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
DayStalkers generally receives only the transaction information necessary to verify payment and manage subscriptions.
The Bigfoot Atlas and Project Cryptanthropus continue to evolve.
Features, documentation, datasets, analytical models, interfaces, subscriptions, and research tools may be modified, expanded, improved, reorganized, or discontinued over time.
Such changes are part of the normal development of an online research platform and do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Temporary outages, maintenance periods, software updates, Internet disruptions, third-party service interruptions, or other technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
DayStalkers will make reasonable efforts to restore service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
This policy may be updated as the Services, payment systems, applicable laws, or business practices evolve.
The most current version will always be published through the DayStalkers Legal Center.
Questions regarding subscriptions, billing, cancellations, or refunds may be submitted through the DayStalkers contact page.
